• Receipt of a chargeback request from a player's payment provider.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach involves fraud or criminal activity, 5betbdt will not return any funds and may pursue legal action to recover losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits 5betbdt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
